Key Features & Performance

Why choose our Elastic Silicone over competitors?

Advanced Stretch & Memory

Supports over 500% elongation while being highly resistant to whitening or cracking. It quickly returns to its original shape, maintaining the structure of high-spandex fabrics.

Premium Soft-Hand Feel

Delivers a “skin-like” soft touch with a non-sticky finish after curing. Available in versatile Matte, Glossy, and Suede effects to suit high-end design requirements.

Exceptional Durability

Built to withstand rigorous conditions. Performs exceptionally well in 60°C wash tests (50+ cycles) and rub tests, while showing strong resistance to swimming pool chlorine and seawater.

Eco-Compliant & Process Stability

100% Solid content, low VOCs, and heavy-metal-free, making it suitable for baby wear. Its excellent thixotropy supports sharp edges for 3D printing while significantly reducing the risk of screen-blocking during long runs.

How to Use: Operation Process

To ensure optimal adhesion and performance, follow this professional workflow

1.Preparation

Mix the Silicone Base with the Catalyst (Ratio 10:1 or 100:2). Add pigment (max 10-15%) for color.

2.Underbase (Crucial)

For fabrics like Nylon or Polyester, print a clear Silicone Linker/Primer first to ensure adhesion and prevent dye migration. Flash cure surface dry.

3.Printing

Mesh: 100-120 mesh (40-48T) for High Density; 150-200 mesh (59-80T) for fine lines. ◦
Squeegee: 65-75 Durometer, flat or beveled angle.

4.Flash Curing & Final Cure

Flash at 100°C – 120°C for 10 seconds between layers until surface is dry to touch.
Bake the finished garment in a tunnel dryer at 140°C – 160°C for 90-120 seconds.
 ◦ Note: If heat sensitivity is an issue, extend time and lower temperature.

Applications & Fabrics

Designed for substrates that are notoriously difficult to print on due to high elasticity or smooth surfaces
Premium Elastic Silicone Ink for High-Stretch Textiles
Lycra
Provides the high-build volume needed to “stand out” against deep pile fibers, creating a bold, premium 3D logo that won’t get lost in the fabric’s nap.
Premium Elastic Silicone Ink for High-Stretch Textiles
Spandex

Offers exceptional adhesion to the looped texture, ensuring the raised print remains crisp and structured without “caving in” on the uneven surface.

Premium Elastic Silicone Ink for High-Stretch Textiles
Elastane
The low-temperature activation prevents dye migration (bleeding) while maintaining a permanent, flexible bond that moves with synthetic fibers.
Premium Elastic Silicone Ink for High-Stretch Textiles
Nylon
Delivers a sharp, high-density architectural look that complements the fabric’s weight, providing a sophisticated “rubber-patch” feel without the weight of a real patch.
Premium Elastic Silicone Ink for High-Stretch Textiles
High-Stretch Polyester
Delivers a sharp, high-density architectural look that complements the fabric’s weight, providing a sophisticated “rubber-patch” feel without the weight of a real patch.
Premium Elastic Silicone Ink for High-Stretch Textiles
Mercerized Cotton
Delivers a sharp, high-density architectural look that complements the fabric’s weight, providing a sophisticated “rubber-patch” feel without the weight of a real patch.

FAQ – Troubleshooting

Q1: Can this silicone be used on waterproof nylon?

A: Yes, but you must use our specific Nylon Bonding Agent (Linker) as the first layer to ensure it sticks to the waterproof coating.

Q2: How do I achieve a matte finish?

A: We provide a specialized Matte Topcoat Silicone. Print this as the final layer to achieve a non-reflective, premium matte look.

Q3: Is machine mixing required?

A: For best results, mechanical mixing is recommended to ensure the catalyst is evenly distributed, but hand mixing is possible for small batches.

Q4: What is the MOQ for custom colors?

A: We offer clear base and pigments separately so you can mix any Pantone color. For pre-mixed Pantone colors, MOQ is 200KG.

Q5: How can I prevent dye migration (bleeding) when printing on dark polyester or sublimated fabrics?

A: To ensure color purity on high-risk substrates, we recommend applying our Specialized Anti-Migration Gray Blocker as your first layer. This formula acts as a high-density thermal barrier that traps polyester disperse dyes, preventing them from sublimating into your top-layer colors during the heat-curing process. This is the gold standard for maintaining crisp whites and vibrant neons on dark teamwear and jerseys.
